Have you ever read a novel and decided that it was your favorite within the first…60 pages, maybe? I started to read Lolita recently and I’ve found that I love this novel even more than The Real Life of Sebastian Knight. I will say though, Lolita isn’t exactly for everyone, or perhaps it is?
Basically you have this older man that falls in love with, basically, a child. The initial reaction of anyone would be to think that this man is simply interested in children because of a sick sexual fetish that he cannot explain, nor would he care to; this is not the case, from what I am gathering. Well…. It’s sort of the case. But it’s different.
